Continued growth in our document storage and associated services has brought the need for investment in new long-span archive box racking system, designed and installed for EvaStore by a leading UK supplier.
We now operate O’Neil, a barcode driven software and hardware solution, tailored exclusively for document storage centres, allowing full traceability of box and file collections, additions, storage, retrievals and destructions ….literally every movement of boxes, files and documents is recorded!
Our staff…..
Staff are bound by confidentiality agreements to uphold the security of customers’ information. They are trained in the use of our document storage database software and associated hardware. They are also trained in the safe operation of our powered access equipment, used in accessing boxes held in our racking. They work in accordance with our ISO9001:2000 Quality Policy and Health and Safety regulations.
Importantly all EvaStore staff have a good working relationship with our customers and are more than pleased to assist in general enquiries or with any query related to document storage, retrievals or service requests. We always keep good communications with our customers, keeping them informed by telephone, email and fax. |
