ISO 9001:2000

EvaStore is an ISO 9001:2000 accredited company.

ISO 9000:2000 is an internationally-recognised standard for business management. It should ensure consistency and improvement of working practices, which in turn provides products and services that meet customer's requirements. ISO 9000:2000 is the most commonly used international standard that provides a framework for an effective Quality Management System.

BS 5454

The relevant sections of BS5454 (Recommendations for the Storage and Exhibition of Archival Documents) have been written into the Company’s ISO 9000:2000 Quality Policy.

Customer Satisfaction – BenchmarQ

Since 2005 EvaStore has instructed BenchmarQ, an independent customer survey company, to carry out an annual survey of our customers to gauge customers’ satisfaction with our services. In 2005 we received a Gold Award for 88% customer satisfaction.

Our dedication to providing a professional archive management service, but with a personal touch meant that, in 2006, EvaStore was presented with a BenchmarQ Diamond Award for achieving 94% customer satisfaction.

Environmental Management – ISO 14001

We are working towards accreditation to ISO 14001. ISO 14001 is an internationally-recognised certificate for evaluating how an organisation manages its environmental matters. On becoming ISO 14001 certified, our business will comply with environmental legislation.
