Cross-cut shredding of confidential items in storage:

EvaStore offers traceable, confidential cross-cut shredding of boxes or files already held in storage.

On receipt of customers’ instructions to destroy items, EvaStore raise a ‘Destruction Workorder’. Boxes or files are picked, prepared for effective destruction and subsequently cross-cut shredded to security level 3. A destruction certificate for all boxes or files that have been destroyed is then provided.

On-site service:

EvaStore also offers a regular on-site shredding service for everyday confidential waste paper.

Customers can hire lockable, confidential waste paper bins which are kept at their own premises. The lockable lids have a paper slot on the top to feed confidential waste paper into. The bins hold up to 120 litres and are wheeled, making them easily manoeuvrable in offices.

One free site visit to exchange bins is covered in the monthly hire fee. Following the bin exchange, on arrival at our facility the bin contents are confidentially cross-cut shredded to security level 3.
