The interface also allows customers to add data relating to boxes being catalogued prior to collections, according to the box barcode numbers. In addition customers can place service requests, such as retrievals or destructions and order flat pack boxes online.

The status of our customers’ boxes and any related files are shown as ‘IN’ (in storage), ‘OUT’ (with customer), 'PENDING' (boxes logged by customer using on-line service, pending collection), ‘PERM OUT’ (item permanently withdrawn from storage) and ‘DESTROYED’ (item shredded).
