  Intruder detection motion sensors monitor the document storage facility.
• Smoke and heat detectors monitor the document storage environment every second of every day.
• The document storage facility has no windows and all pedestrian entrances are protected with remotely operated security shutters and a personnel access control system.
• All entrances and emergency exit points throughout the building have alarm contacts.
• CCTV, with security lighting, monitors both the inside and outside of the building for personnel or vehicle activity - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Out of hours security patrols ensure a visible security presence.
• Personnel restrictions apply at all times. Whilst we welcome existing or prospective customers to our facility, we insist that they are by appointment only.
• Our collection and delivery vehicles are satellite tracked.
• The property is monitored regularly by nationally recognised pest control specialists.
